Shogayaki (Japanese Ginger Pork)

Today I’m going to show you how to make Japanese Ginger pork, Shogayaki.
Pork, soy sauce and ginger go really well! Since I was small, I’ve loved this dish

💌Recipe💌
-Ingredients (for 2 people)-
300g Sliced Pork loin
1 Onion
15g Ginger
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Sake
20g flour
Oil

-Steps-
1 Cut onion and grate ginger
2 Sprinkle flour over the pork
3 Prepare sauce mixing soy sauce, sugar and sake
4 Stir fry the onion
5 Add pork and cook
6 Add sauce and cook until it boils down
7 Ready!!
