Today I’m going to show you how to prepare Shabu shabu with Japanese sesame sauce.
Shabu shabu is the name of the way of cooking, boiling meat or vegetables for minutes in hot water.Today I prepare it in the summer version, served cold with Japanese sesame sauce.
It can be done quickly but very very delicious.

-Ingredients (for 2 people)-
300g Thinly sliced meat
10g Komu
40g Sesame
1 tbsp Miso
1 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Soy sauce
As required Water/Ice cube
-Steps-
1 Grind sesames seeds
2Add miso, soy sauce, sugar and mix them
3 Add water and ice cubes as you like
4 Boil sliced meat and cool it
5 Serve on plate and pour thr sauce
6 Ready!!
