Today I’m going to show the authentic Japanese Miso soup.
Miso soup is very nutritious, only with steamed rice can it be a meal.
Remember, the point for this simple dish is DASHI, the broth is essential to make delicious miso soup.💫

-Ingredients (for 2 people)-
1L Water
10g Dried Kombu
35g Miso
200g Tofu
3g Dried Wakame
1pc Leek
-Steps-
1 Cut leek and tofu
2 Add water and kombu in a pot and heat it
3 Just before it gets boiled, remove kombu
4 Add leek, tofu and wakame and cook it for 10minutes
5 Stir miso into the soup little by little
6 Stir it all
