Shabu shabu with Japanese sesame sauce

Hello, I’m Aoi from Washoku Club, a fan club of Japanese cooking😊
⁡Today I’m going to show you how to prepare Shabu shabu with Japanese sesame sauce.
⁡Shabu shabu is the name of the way of cooking, boiling meat or vegetables for minutes in hot water.Today I prepare it in the summer version, served cold with Japanese sesame sauce.
It can be done quickly but very very delicious.

💌Recipe💌
-Ingredients (for 2 people)-
300g Thinly sliced meat
10g Komu
40g Sesame
1 tbsp Miso
1 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Soy sauce
As required Water/Ice cube

-Steps-
1 Grind sesames seeds
2Add miso, soy sauce, sugar and mix them
3 Add water and ice cubes as you like
4 Boil sliced meat and cool it
5 Serve on plate and pour thr sauce
6 Ready!!
