Good evening from Japan! Today’s recipe is a simple and tasty Japanese recipe for Aburaage lovers. This is so easy to cook and helps you ready for dinner.
INGREDIENTS(Serving: 2)
1/2 bunch of mustard spinach
50g shimeji mushrooms
1 sheet aburaage
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
2 tsp cooking sake
1/4 cup dashi stock or water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut aburaage in stripe. Remove stems from shimeji mushrooms and divide into thin strips. Cut mustard spinach into 1 inch pieces.
2. Put the all ingredients in a pot and cook over a medium heat. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes until reduced by half.
