Soboro don

Today, I will introduce Soboro don.
This is a kind of Donburi, which is a Japanese « rice bowl dish » consisting of fish, meat, vegetables or other ingredients and served over rice.
Soboro don is served with stir-fried minced chicken and egg!
Easy to cook and tasty 😋

💌Recipe💌
-Ingredients (for 2 people)-

Rice for 2 people
green onion (if you have)

<Egg soboro>
2 eggs
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
*If you prefer a more salty taste, you can put soy sauce and sweet rice wine instead of sugar and salt.

<Soboro>
150g minced chicken (or any kind of meat)
1 tbsp sake for cooking
1 tbsp sweet rice wine (mirin)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
(1 tsp grated ginger)👈if you have, let’s try it 😉

-Steps-
1 Cook rice
2 Stir-fry minced chicken until cooked
3 Add other ingredients (sake for cooking, sweet rice wine, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry
4 Mix egg with other all ingredients
5 Put oil into the new pan and stir fry mixed egg (4)
6 Put 3 and 5 on the rice
